Exam Class

 

Co-organized by the National Art Examinations Development Centre and Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority, National Art Examination is a highly objective, impartial, independent and professional art examination. The examination has attracted increasing attention and acceptance in recent It achieves the popularity of art education 

 

The purpose of introducing and conduct this examination is to let students who have a keen interest in the fine arts to establish long-term learning objectives, improve accomplishment and attainments in arts. Students besides enhance the artistic interest, more professional identification can be obtained. It's a great advance in establishing the personal confidence, proactive attitude and personal and academic development Examination accept enrollment in January and July and conduct in March and August each year.

Art Examinations can be divided into four major categories and 11 professionals:

First class: Chinese painting- can be divided into figures, landscapes, flowers, and birds

Second class: Calligraphy-Aan be divided into Chinese writing brush and pencil

Third class: Western painting- can be divided into sketch, gouache, watercolor, oil painting

Fourth class: Comics

Grading Test level

Art Examinations appraisal standards are basically divided into 10 levels, 4 grades.

1 to 10, the larger the number, the higher the level.

Roughly speaking, 1 to 6 focusing on testing candidates' basic principle of the Fine Arts, the cognitive ability and the perception of matters, 7 to 10 focuses on the artistic creation and overall capacity. The grade is in descending order of A, B. C, D

 

Candidates can leapfrog, but not across the grades, unless the candidates have obtained the highest level of grade.

For example: Grade 5 candidate can not directly apply for 7-8; unless he has attained grade 6 Candidates aged 15 or above are not limited for this restriction order to obtain excellent results. 

 

Little Masterhand recommended students who take the examination may participate in the various types of examinations classes we held. From which to learn a variety of art knowledge and skills, examinations raiders and adapt the examination format in a systematic way. New students should enroll an assessment and the fee is HK$350, the existing regular class students are exempted The best commencement time is 6-9 months before the next examination. Enrollment age is from 6 to 18 years
